Due to recent events at exeter it will take us a little longer than expected to return to both exeter & paigton.
We will however be back stronger & better than ever with an entire new menu & outlook once the owner & founder is fully recovered and able to assist our brand to shine again🤩

🍜 RAMEN 🍜

Did you know It took 3 months for us to develop the broth recipe alone !!!
They are…..

BEEF RAMEN.
The beef is slow cooked for 5- 6 hours then pulled with our home made nouc cham to give an impressive taste added alongside our own Vietnamese pickles & sushi ginger topper with fresh ingredients 🤤

PORK RAMEN
Our thickly sliced pork belly is accompanied by our own fermented Kimchi sitting alongside homemade ramen eggs and preserved bamboo shoots in our newly designed pork broth which bubbles away for days until its ready 🍜
