Introducing our first chef to join The Chef's Theatre at this years - 🎄

After years of travelling around the world, Stephane and his wife made the decision to move to Cornwall to settle down, and after just 6 months working with Rick Stein, Stephane was promoted to head chef at The Seafood Restaurant where he remained for over 21 years. In late 2019, Stephane took up the role of Group Chef for .

Now a private chef, his passion for cooking is matched by a love of the fresh Cornish produce that is available to him, as well as the great local suppliers.

We wanted to reach out to let you know we are aware of a nationwide phishing scam where fraudsters pose as festival and event organisers to target traders. Please take extra care when paying for pitches at any event.

How to tell it's really us 👇

· Email: We'll only ever email you from a .co.uk email address. Anything from another address, including Gmail, isn't from us.

· Pitch fees: We'll only ever ask you to pay for your pitch by BACS invoice from Mission Code Southwest Ltd.

· Registration fee: The one exception is the registration fee you pay when you submit our Wufoo application form. It's processed securely by Stripe to Mission Code Southwest Ltd, and you'll get a receipt.

· No card links: We'll never email you a link to pay by credit card.

· No texts or DMs: We'll never contact you by text message, WhatsApp or social media.

If you're unsure whether a message is really from us, email [email protected] and wait for our official reply before you do anything.

If you have received a phishing email, we recommend that you report it to the police by forwarding to [email protected] and the email provider as soon as you can.

Padstow Christmas Fayre is back for 2026 with a brand new team behind it! 🎄✨

After a first year in 2025 under a new event team, Padstow is set to sparkle once again this winter with the return of a festive, family-friendly, food event with special guest chefs!

In a magical celebration of the season, this four-day free to attend event promises a vibrant programme of chef demonstrations, masterclasses, an artisan market, family activities, carols, fireworks and an enchanting lantern display - with plenty to be announced over the coming months.

This community-led event is a joyful celebration of Cornish food & drink, bringing the local community together - whilst raising funds for charities including Hospitality Action and the RNLI.

What a spectacular way to kick off the festive season! 🎄

That's a wrap on the very first Padstow Christmas Fayre! Reimagined, revived, and brimming with Cornish spirit - thank you so much to all of you who braved the weather and visited over the weekend ❄️

We were treated to masterclasses and culinary inspiration from Cornish royalty, the whole town was alive with festive cheer, with a Market Hall a hive of activity - the 2025 Fayre was a true celebration of Cornish food, drink, and community. 🥂

🎪 Extra special thanks to Community of Padstow, Padstow Steering Group, Padstow Harbour Commissioners, Padstow TIC, Padstow Town Council, Padstow Craft Fair, and Trevethan Farm. We'd also like to thank Paul Ainsworth, Rick Stein & all of the wonderful chefs that joined us, as well as Truro & Penwith college, Steven Lamb, Steve Ashworth, Rose Cant & Kim Somauroo.
