Just a handful of quality ingredients in this yummy dish. Super sweet in-season English tomatoes which we’ve confited in olive oil, with lots of garlic and fresh Thyme. Piled high on griddled sourdough, wilted spinach and fresh basil.

Sneaky little soft launch today at the roastery. The Confit tomato dish has been a bit of a fave 🍅 Especially with the Feta 🐄
