Chicken Bukhari Rice
An Iconic Silk Road dish popular in the Gulf States, draws its name from.the ancient city of Bukhara now in modern day Uzbekistan.
The raisins and carrots batons fried in ghee give it its unmistakable appearance whilst the simmered meat is finished in a hot oven, brushed with more Arabic Spice mix.
The final one-pot meal is a subtle blance of sweet-sour aromatic flavours.
