Are you a people person with a knack for making guests feel right at home? We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and "sales-savvy" individuals to join our front-of-house team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love a job where no two shifts are the same, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
At The Highwayman, our Sales & Service team does it all. You won’t just be taking orders; you’ll be creating experiences. Your day-to-day will include:
Guest Ambassadorship: Greeting guests with a genuine smile and ensuring they leave happy (with a friendly goodbye!).
The Full Cycle of Service: Waiting on tables, selling drinks tableside, and using your product knowledge to make recommendations.
Bar & Treats: Crafting drinks behind the bar and prepping delicious desserts.
The "Behind the Scenes": Keeping the momentum going by washing dishes and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Attention to Detail: Noticing the small things that turn a good visit into a great one.
What We’re Looking For
Age: 18+ (Required for bar service).
Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and naturally helpful.
Mindset: Sales-focused! You enjoy suggesting that extra side dish or a premium gin to enhance a guest's meal.
Work Ethic: Happy to "muck in" where needed, whether that’s polishing glasses or clearing tables.
Flexibility: You understand the hospitality rhythm. We don't do set rotas; you provide your availability, and we build the schedule from there.
The Details
Hours: Minimum of 4 hours per week, up to a maximum of 15.
Flexibility: Perfect for students or those looking to balance work with other commitments.
