B&B and Tearoom is a traditional family run business situated on a working arable farm adjacent to Martin Mere Wildfowl Trust. Our B&B has eight en-suite bedrooms which are located in a beautiful 18th century brick built barn.

Yet again Lancashire county council have let us down with road closure signs… I can CONFIRM RED CAT LANE IS OPEN AS USUAL RIGHT THE WAYUP WAY PAST OUR NEIGHBOURS WINDMILL ANIMAL FARM! This is happened to us 3 or 4 times now with no signs put up from the council to say businesses open as usual!

We are super excited for our 4th Christmas at the Barn & our busiest time of the year ❤️.

Christmas Fayre Menu will be served from the 1st December- 24th.

Christmas afternoon tea from 1st- 23rd December.

A £5 a head non refundable deposit is required on booking 📞

Please get your spaces booked early this year, it’s going to be a super busy December & we would hate to disappoint anyone that can’t get there dates in! Limited availability as we are already filling up fast 🌲 🧑‍🎄.
