Did you see our Recipe of the Month in August's Dè tha dol? Magazine for So**ed Mackerel?

It’s a brilliant way to essentially pickle the fish using a warm or hot liquid and is perfect for this time of year when Mackerel arrive in our waters. Thank you to one of our lovely regulars for sending us this picture of them trying it out with some of their fresh catch! 📷

Our Taste of Wild Morvern event last month was brilliantly popular, with Clare from West Highland Herbal and Chef Chris, as part of Morvern Games and Gala Week. If you missed it, don’t worry…keep an eye on our social media for any upcoming events such as this (including our next foraging course on the 26th September!).
