Gimme and hour to work on this and I'll update with the finished product. I've got a feeling this may have just taken over the 'phili' cheese steak as my favourite.

TONIGHT! Let's talk about it

Fully booked. 3 staff down. As you can imagine my stress levels were at a 12/10 🤯

Lee, my partner in crime, and in a round about sort of way, business partner stepped the f**k up, got chef whites on and smashed the back doors off the kitchen from start to finish with me tonight.

I give lee a hard time 60% of my working day, and how and why he puts up with it, that's on him. But as much as I moan at him, tonight, I take my hat off to him. credit where credits due, had it not been for this man tonight, service would have been the pits and gone to s**t. Lee (despite being only 3 years younger than me) you made me feel like a proud Dad.

Honestly mate, thank you, I'll try to be nicer, and I do love you mate.

Fully booked. 3 staff down. As you can imagine my stress levels were at a 12/10 🤯
