Just finished my latest project - this mini Sawtooth Star quilt featuring the stunning Primavera collection by for .design! I custom quilted feathers in the border and added ruler work in the blocks make the gorgeous prints shine. The full collection will be hitting our shop soon, so stay tuned! 😍

Get ready for a splash of colour! I've been working on this gorgeous Sawtooth Star mini quilt featuring .design's upcoming Primavera collection. With the fabric arriving in the store soon, I wanted to give you a sneak peek. Longarm quilting will have to wait till tomorrow though as I forgot to bring any thread home - oops! 🤯 Thank you .design for the advance fabric. 😊

As is now tradition, Matt was our first customer of the year. He’s been here, come rain or shine, for the last 3 New Years Days on his penny farthing. Lovely to see you again this year Matt!

I hope everyone had a fabulous Christmas. We had a lovely few days off before reopening our doors last Monday and welcoming lots of people out enjoying the gorgeous Oxfordshire countryside. Normal opening hours start again today so you’ll find us open 7 days a week, 9am-4pm.
(Shop hours do vary so please check)

We’ll be closing up for a few days over Xmas for a much needed break. Last day open will be Monday 22nd December and then closed until Monday 29th December when we’ll be open again from 10am. If we don’t see you between now and Xmas, have a fabulous time…🎄💕🎁

Working on this ever so slightly festive Sunshine Cushion this evening as I’ve just finished custom quilting my Gather and Sew BOM quilt and wanted a smaller project whilst I come up with my next quilt. I want to make a needle turned Applique quilt so thought this would be a good mini make to get me in the mood.

Pattern is by Bec Brennan (.be) I love her gorgeous patterns and shop and am currently working through her You Tube channel whilst I’m baking for the cafe early in the mornings. 💕🪡🧵🍰

A couple of weeks ago Jon drove up to Aberdeen and collected this beauty. My new Bernina Q24 longarm…I love it🩷! Spent this evening loading up my finished BOM from and made a small start on the quilting (it’s in my stories if you want a sneak leak). We’ve moved my trusty HQ Moxie to the shop so we can start taking in customer quilts for longarming - get in touch to find out more.
