FYI: it is never too hot for phở ‼️🍜

Hot food can actually help your body cool down by encouraging you to sweat - which might explain why steaming bowls of phở are enjoyed all year round in Vietnam 🇻🇳

Also, if you’re feeling under the weather, an aromatic broth, fresh herbs & chilli is pretty hard to beat 🌶️🫰
