Thank you so much to everyone who has supported us during our first two weeks, it has been so nice to hear all of the positive feedback from you all! We are now serving breakfasts until 2pm due to popular demand.

All of our cakes and tray bakes are homemade so pop in and give them a try, if anyone has any suggestions for cakes they’d like to see in here please let us know ☺️

Hello everyone! Unfortunately I have had to make a new page as we have not been able to switch full ownership of the original page. I have tried to contact Facebook but that seems to be impossible. I would really appreciate it if everyone could like and follow this page so we can spread the word. Once again, I’d like to thank all of our customers who have been to see us so far! You have all been amazing and we are completely overwhelmed with how nice you have all been. We cannot wait to meet even more of you!

We FINALLY have an opening date!
After weeks of thinking the place would never be finished, we are so excited to say we will be reopening on the 9th of September. It has been way more work than we had ever imagined but we are so pleased with how it’s turned out! Now I have a long day of baking ahead of me tomorrow to fill the counter with delicious homemade cakes. We cannot wait to meet all the lovely people of Ruddington, see you on Thursday!

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT
The Old Bakehouse has new owners! As many of you may have already seen we have been closed for the last few weeks for refurbishments. It has been a bigger job than we had expected, which is usually the case. After weeks of very very long days and many many takeaways, we are finally getting close to reopening! Keep an eye on here for the opening date, we’re hoping for early next week as long as there are no more surprises or delays. Here’s a sneak peak of what has been going on. We can’t wait to meet you all, see you soon!
