Since we stopped serving at the welfare I've been asked a number of times if I would sell my seasoning so here goes...

Having no idea where to start with this apart from the making and packaging I thought a good place to ask would be here...

How much would you be willing to pay for a 15cl Jar of Katie's fry seasoning? (second photo is of the jar for an idea of size)

About me...

I've owned food businesses for over 6 years.

Mainly Derby Pyclets which I took from a market stall to a 3 storey flagship store on Derby's historic, prestigious Sadler Gate.

From food production, to menu design, to catering and to working with household names like Morrisons on quality and production standards it's safe to say I know my way around a kitchen and definitely a menu.

My own personal taste range may be simple as I can't tolerate heat in food or a number of strong distinct flavours though as a cook I've eaten in and taken inspiration some of the finest and unique experiences in the world from the world famous to the backstreets of Venice. From NFL tailgate bbq's to the Bateaux dinner cruise sailing down the Hudson in a glass ceiling boat with live music and the finest views.

With over 6 years experience producing free from products and additional training in food allergens and intolerances you can safely try our gluten free and vegan burgers if you have any other requirements just ask.

They're called Katie's Burgers for a reason... I make them so I know exactly what's in them and that they're sooooooo good!
