At Neon Raptor we brew beer without limits, we aim to make the best beer possible and are passionate about our craft. The brewery is owned by two former postmen who took their love for beer and experience from running a small bottle shop and bar, to grow Neon Raptor into what it is today.

Wow, it’s finally happening!

It’s taken ages to get to this point, and we said we’d shout it from the rooftops when we knew a date. We now know a date! Set a reminder in all your calendars for Friday 6th November and come join us in our exciting new space!

It’s taken years of setbacks and various deliberate (Josh having a baby) and less deliberate priority and plan changes (the discovery a bunker below the site was pretty interesting!) but we’re here and we’re ready for your thirsty faces! Every setback and hiccup has been been responded to and fought off thanks to our brilliant team, and everyone at Neon Raptor is happy and delighted to welcome you all to our brand spanking new taproom in the heart of Sneinton.

Our new Gedling Street taproom opens Friday 6th November 2026 at 12 noon and will be open seven days a week serving all our lovely b**r alongside plenty of other options for the non b**r drinker!

We just released T and U in our alphabet Collab series. We started 2026 with ABC and are ending the year with XYZ.

Our tenth anniversary series of international collaborations inspired by the alphabet continues with T & U. We're really close to the end now! We've travelled far for these collaborations and are really happy to share them with you.

T is for 臺虎精釀 Taihu Brewing , triumphant thirst-quenching titans from Taipei, Taiwan.
T is for Temptation, a Bahama Mama cocktail inspired b**r full of ripe orange, juicy pineapple, and tangy pomegranate. These flavours combine to make a tart and bittersweet b**r that’s classy, refreshing and colourful.

U is for うちゅうブルーイング Uchu Brewing , unique and uncrompomising b**r masters from Japan.
U is for Ultrasound, an ultra hoppy unpretentious New England IPA brewed with Nelson Sauvin, Tropical Fusion and Nectaron.

Why not give Taihu a try(hu)? Or maybe you choose Uchu? The ultra sound of you will not be able to ignore the temptation of giving both a go.

ULTRASOUND 🔈

Ultrasound is an ultra hoppy NEIPA brewed with the ultra-sound うちゅうブルーイング Uchu Brewing , from Japan. They’re based a couple of hours north of Mt Fuji, and clearly the most sensible choice for the letter U. If you’ve tried their b**r before, you’ll have seen that they master multiple styles and have proved this with so many collaborations across the world.

United by our unparalleled love of hops, and utilising our understanding of what makes b**r so uplifting and unbeatable, we have collaboratively brewed an unpretentious hazy NEIPA. Uchu are universally loved and ubiquitous at b**r festivals across the world. If you were unaware of them until now, make Ultrasound your first step into the wonderful world of Uchu.

You can also ignore all this and just enjoy this really lovely IPA. Ultimately, b**r is for drinking and enjoying, but if you learn a fact or two along the way, that’s a nice bonus.

TEMPTATION 🍍🍊🍒

Temptation is the 20th b**r in our 10th anniversary series of international alphabet collaborations. 臺虎精釀 Taihu Brewing are based in Taipei, and Taiwan is the 14th different country we’ve visited in this year-long global b**r adventure.

Temptation is Bahama Mama sour b**r where we’ve utilised Taihu’s incredible knowledge and experience of brewing fruit heavy cocktail inspired b**rs. Ripe orange, juicy pineapple, and tangy pomegranate combine to make a tart and bittersweet b**r that’s classy, refreshing and colourful.

Taihu were the obvious choice for the letter T, and it had to be a fruit forward b**r. Winnie Hsu and the rest of the Taihu team have turned Taihu into Taiwan’s biggest craft brewery, though they don’t always want to use that word, and the snobbishness that can come with it. They want to make the best and most tasty b**r, and they want to make it as accessible as they can. This is our ethos too, and we can’t wait for you to try this collaboration.

VAMPYRE DISCO IS BACK! 🧛🏻🩸

For those of you who don't know what this means, we're here to tell you why you should be excited.

Firstly, Vampyre Disco pours a halloween adjacent deep blood red and smells like a multi-layered peanut butter and jam sandwich.

Secondly, it tastes great, it tastes like the reasons we got into drinking and making craft b**r in the first place. It's very tart, as you may expect from a sour, but with so many jammy berries jammed in, it's also sweet and the peanut butter brings some salinity too. If this sounds like a mish mash, do not worry, this is superbly balanced and very moreish. People are checking in very old cans from previous batches on Untappd and still enjoying it. Imagine how much nicer a fresh one will be!

Thirdly, the can looks super cool. Our artist has taken her original pencil drawing of Barlow from Salem's Lot and brought it to life like an old school video game.

We welcome you to try Vampyre Disco and dance in the house of the bat.
