Pizza can be chaos. I love the chaos.

So many elements have to come together all at the same time, you have to be mindful and plan the whole process.
- Dough made 3 days ago, have you selected the right flour, correct water, salt and yeast
- Sauce, seasoned to the point it pops with flavour
- Topping all planned to complement one another
Then it’s go time, it time lighting the oven. At this point everything needs to come together at the same time. It’s the chase that I find fun. Every pizza is different because the dough and the flame is alive, always changing and another opportunity.

collective meet up & pizza crawl March 26.

It was great to meet some of the guys from our online pizza community face to face and chat about all things pizza & dough whilst sampling some of the best slices London has to offer.

The spots we hit were 🔥

My highlight slice of the day was the Portnoy from Crisp with that New Haven style. Deceivingly simple but so DAMN GOOD.

Breadstall’s slices were so good a few came home on the train with me… 🍕

Shout to for making it such a great day. Can’t wait for the next one 🤙🏻

Christmas came early with a care package! 🔥

Being selected to be a part of Gozney’s Pizza Collective has been a huge honour.

For me, since buying my first Roccbox back in 2018, I’ve always admired the quality of the products - a consistent powerhouse of fire that meant I could focus on putting quality food out and connecting with the people around me.

3 years ago I decided to take things up a level, starting Pizza Love Affair - taking my passion of pizza and sharing it with people at markets and pop-up events. Armed with two Roccbox’s I set out to show my local community what truly good pizza is all about. Those little powerhouses have always held strong, never missing a beat and never letting me down.

Fast forward to today, adding two Arc XL’s to the mix has allowed me to be even more creative with pizza and develop different styles of food from the ovens. I still get that buzz of excitement each time the flames start to roll just like I did back in 2018.

Through social media and Gozney’s channels, I have been able to connect with other makers in the community, talking all things pizza with like minded people. Being selected to represent Gozney and join the Pizza Collective has only strengthened that network further. I can’t wait to see what comes next!
