She adds a thick layer of dulce de lèche, followed by coffee and kahlua soaked savoiardi biscuits, followed by more dulce de lèche and soaked biscuits

This is topped off with a fluffy amaretto flavoured cream and chocolate flakes!

We put cocoa in the pasta dough to give it a nutty earthy flavour. The casarecci are served in a porcini purée butter sauce with sauteed oyster mushrooms

The dish is finished off with stracciatella and fresh wild garlic leaves
