Nordic-inspired seafood chowder.
Beginning as always with a home made fish stock as the base, giving the dish its depth. Thickened with potato and cream.
Chunks of salmon, smoked haddock and prawn waiting for your spoon amongst strips of potato, carrot, leek and fennel.

The Honingham road from the village crossroads direction will be closed from Monday 12th possibly for 2 weeks. Hopefully it will be open sooner.

If you are travelling in from the Barnham Broom Golf club side this will not affect you

We would advise you to check your route rather than rely on the diversions

We sometimes wonder why, oh why, we don’t eat these all year round. But then, delicious as they are, mince pies are all bound up and tangled up in the Christmas period, and that’s where they belong. A good one is worth the wait, for sure.
