Thanks for all your messages of support with us having to close Cafe No2 due to sharply rising overheads! ☹️ We are excited to be moving our evening business we introduced at Cafe No2 back to our primary site at The Willows for dine-in customers in September. It will be a very similar but expanded version of the menu, so we hope to see you all there instead!

***Public announcement***

It is with great sadness that we have had to make the difficult decision to close Cafe No2 permanently.

Since the reopening of hospitality we have had a massive decline in takeaway trade, which was our main source of revenue at this site.
That coupled with a substantial rise in our overheads and competing against street vendors has unfortunately forced our hand to call it a day! 😢

We have been very proud of the food we have presented the local community since Dec 2019 and throughout the lockdown. However, we have to protect our main business at The Willows Cafe Bistro, where we are also only just managing to cover costs in these challenging times for hospitality.

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has supported us throughout this venture & the pub goers too who have been a pleasure to serve.

We are excited to be planning to open The Willows for some dining-in evenings, so watch this space in September! We hope to see you down there in the meantime 😍

Sadly we will not be open this Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th due to so many of the team being directly contacted to self isolate.

As frustrating as this is, the safety of the team and our customers will away be our priority!

***business update***

Unfortunately, due to lack of demand since the reopening of hospitality sector and most likely the time of year, we are going to stop our roast dinners for the foreseeable and this Sunday will be offering our usual evening menu of Burgers, loaded fries and other bits! 😍 so assuming we are heading to the final… come and get your pre-match food and watch the game! ⚽️

Sadly, we will also halt opening for breakfast for the foreseeable as it is currently costing us money to open and staff it with very few customers to serve.

We thank all those who have supported us throughout and will continue with the Friday and Sat nights as usual, dine-in and takeaway, so hope to see you soon! 😊
