Starting Thursday 3rd September, we’ll be hosting our Pub Quiz on the first Thursday of every month, kicking off from 7pm.

Gather your friends, bring the family, grab a drink and put your knowledge to the test. Whether you’re full of useless facts or just coming along for moral support, everyone is welcome!

Come down early, get settled with a drink and we’ll get the questions going from 7pm.

We’re incredibly proud to share something a little special from one of our own!

You may recognise Ruby from our front of house team, but when she’s not busy looking after you here at The Saracens Head, she’s been building her own handmade brand, SORELA.

Ruby creates beautiful crochet bags by hand, using recycled T-shirt yarn, with each piece made with so much care and attention.

We absolutely love seeing our team pursue their passions outside of the pub, so we would love for you to show Ruby and her new business some support. You're more than welcome to place an order and collect it from The Saracens Head!

Our team will be here ready to welcome you from 12pm tomorrow, so come in, get comfortable and let us look after you.

We’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team at The Sarries.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys cooking and cares about the quality of the food they send out. Our focus is on fresh ingredients, elevated pub food and doing things properly rather than cutting corners.

You will need at least 2 years’ experience at sou chef level in a professional kitchen and be comfortable supporting the running of the kitchen, taking charge when required and helping maintain the standards our customers expect.

This is an hourly paid, full-time position with great tips. Rate of pay to be discussed at interview and is subject to relevant experience.

Due to the rural location, shift times and lack of public transport, your own vehicle is a must for the role.

You will at times be asked to fill in on shifts at some of our other businesses within our small group.

We’re giving your midweek plans an upgrade at The Saracens Head, Little Brington.

Starting from the first week of September, we’re launching two brand-new weekly events, with more to follow:

TUESDAY — BURGER CLUB
An exclusive burger changing every week, served with fries for just £16.

WEDNESDAY — STEAK SOCIETY
A different cut of steak each week at a special midweek price. Great steak, proper sides and something new to try each Wednesday.

Two nights. Two reasons to visit. Every single week.
