🚐✨ A gig with a difference! 🍔 ☀️

We had the pleasure of catering at a DIY Van Life Meet, with around 40 vans, all lovingly converted and built by their owners!

It was incredible to walk around and see what people had created. Every van was different, with so much thought, creativity and hard work put into them. 🤩

It’s such a different lifestyle to ours, and it was fascinating to get a little glimpse into the world of van life!

I was also fascinated watching Louise up on top of his van, filming content for his social media. 📸 It’s amazing to think that creating content and sharing your life online is a job in itself! (Showing my age 🤯).

We love that our job takes us to different places, introduces us to different people and lets us experience things we might never otherwise come across. ❤️

Me patiently waiting for a holiday……. Or even just a weekend off! ☀️🏖️🍹😂

Don’t get me wrong, we LOVE what we do….. but after months of flipping burgers, early starts, late finishes and living out a Land Rover , we’re definitely dreaming of a little sunshine! 🍔 🍸

The joys of running your own business…. Wouldn’t change it for the world. Well, maybe for a week in the sun! 😂

We’ve reached an exciting point at Milandy Catering where we’re looking for someone to grow with us.

We’re not necessarily looking for someone to just turn up and work the occasional event. We’re looking for a reliable, practical, hands-on person who wants to become part of what we’re building.

From food festivals and weddings to corporate events and everything in between, no two weeks are the same. With options to be on different trucks!

Initially, the role would be part-time/flexible with a minimum of 2/3 days with regular event work, with the potential to grow to full time as the business does.
Which with your help could be sooner rather than later!

You don’t necessarily need years of catering experience — attitude, reliability and common sense are just as important to us.

You do need to be 21 by April 2027 for insurance reasons, as a key requirement will be driving the Landy’s!!

There was something rather special about Banbury last weekend. ❤️

The Banbury Food Festival brought the town to life, with the streets buzzing, full of people, food and a real sense of community. It reminded me of my college days, when Banbury felt just as lively and vibrant.

A wonderful weekend — and a great reminder of what makes Banbury such a special place. 🏛️✨
