Dani only joined us at The Fork & Flower earlier this week, but she already understood the assignment of adding a bit of flair to our social posts.

Here she is modelling our Raspberry Eton Mess French Toast special this week 💁🏼‍♀️

To put her on the spot, we’ve asked a couple of questions that we know our new starters LOVE!

Give us a fun fact about yourself (yes, we asked it, and she gave us two!): “Whitney Houston always gets me dancing, no matter the mood, and I’m currently training for a marathon.” - seriously impressive!

What’s your favourite thing to eat? “My favourite food has to be a roast dinner with all the trimmings.”

Our G.O.A.T sarnie is served on it, and it tastes just as yummy as it looks.

And there’s no problem if If you’ve got a busy lunch break. You can grab this (and plenty of our other brunch and lunch dishes) to take away instead.

The Fork & Flower is looking for a talented Brunch Chef to join our team.

We’ve built a reputation as one of the area’s favourite brunch spots, and we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for great food, fresh ingredients and delivering consistently brilliant dishes.

This role is perfect for a chef who enjoys working with quality produce, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a positive, ambitious independent business.

What we’re looking for:

✨ Previous chef experience, ideally in a brunch, café or breakfast-led environment
✨ Confidence to independently run two busy weekday brunch services each week
✨ Strong organisation and the ability to stay calm under pressure
✨ High standards of presentation, cleanliness and consistency
✨ A positive attitude and team-first approach
✨ A genuine passion for great food

What you’ll get:

☕ Predominantly daytime hours
🌙 Occasional, infrequent evening work for events and business needs
📅 Two consecutive days off together each week
🌸 A supportive and friendly team environment
🍴 The opportunity to work closely with our Head Chef and contribute ideas for specials and menu development

This is a full-time, permanent position of approximately 35 hours per week, with weekends forming part of the weekly rota.
