This morning we had a very competitive game of quoits. There was so much focus before each ring was tossed. ⭕️

In the afternoon, we did some autumn arts and crafts, with most people choosing to colour 🖍 in scarecrows. 🚜👨‍🌾 During this, we were also listening to some of Roald Dahl's short stories. 📖

Then, in the afternoon, we had our monthly residence meeting with lots of discussion.

We had a wonderful day on Thursday celebrating Onam. 💐

Everyone definitely enjoyed it, with lots of fun and laughter. The residents also loved seeing all the children, watching and dancing too.

There was such a range of competitive games:
1. Pass the ball; don't get caught holding it when the music stops,
2. Who can get the biscuits from their forehead to their mouth without touching,
3. Criss-cross. Being blind folded and walking with crossing legs to step beside each water cup,
4. Musical chairs, hope you find a seat when the music stops.

The food was exquisite; I'm sure many of us would have wanted to go back for more, but we were completely full.

Thank you to our amazing staff for organising the event and for all your hard work decorating and creating a programme to share the festivities with us. 💛🤍
