Banging birthday breakfast for our main man this morning Pickle & Peach | Coffee Shop & Eatery in South Shields. You know it's good when you forget to take a pic until there's barely anything left! Happy birthday Alex, just the best, the funniest guy, the lynch pin of our little family and the foundation of Baristocracy. Here's to another year on this most excellent adventure ❤️❤️❤️

Visitors to the roastery will have noticed that we sell delicious treats, baked by my talented step-mum Sue and the proceeds are donated to various charities. Just wanted to say a huge thank you because you've helped us raise £250 each for:
UK for UNHCR - supporting their much-needed work all over the world making sure displaced people have food and shelter
Comic Relief - specifically the Ugandan backpack nurses who serve remote communities in the Rwenzori mountains
The Bay Foodbank - serving our local community in this time of soaring living costs
Our current fundraiser is for the mighty RNLI 🌊 Supporting those incredibly brave volunteers who risk their lives to save others, any and all others, in peril on the sea.
The biggest thank you has to go to Sue who gives her time and talent, every week, to make sure we have something delicious to compliment your coffee ❤️
