📣Well, this year has been full of surprises for Vineyard72!

Front Street wasn’t planned, although I’d always kept an eye out for a spot on the high street. It’s going well, and with a few finishing touches over the next week, we should be ready to open fully.

But the biggest surprise is Vineyard72 Cullercoats. We hadn’t been looking for another venue, then the old High Ride building came up and it felt too good an opportunity to miss. We got the keys yesterday!

The plan is to run it much as it is for now, then close in January for a refurbishment. After doing Front Street, the thought of starting another renovation straight away fills me with horror 😂

We’d love to add some hot food alongside our existing menu, but first we need to get in, have a big clean and find a chef. We will also be operating as front street is as a w**e merchant so keep us in mind if your out shopping for w**es & spirits! We’ll keep you posted on our plans and when we’re ready to open.

Upstairs will be available for functions of around 60 people, with lovely views of Cullercoats Bay. As with our other venues, function hire will be free, so please get in touch if you’re planning something. We are also looking to host w**e tasting & workshops.

🍷 Tynemouth Green Ginger
Our private lounge comes with its own bar and a dedicated member of our team to look after you and your guests.

🍷 Tynemouth Front Street New Venue
Although we won’t be offering full venue hire just yet, we’ll have a private area for up to 12 people — perfect for a smaller, more intimate Christmas party or gathering.

🍷Cullercoats Coming soon
Coming soon Function room for up to 50 with private bar or full venue hire for up to 100 people.

🍷 Whitley Bay
Enjoy exclusive use of the full venue, complete with your own private bar and staff.

Our room hire is completely free. All drinks must be purchased from Vineyard72, and food is optional. However, we don’t allow food purchased elsewhere to be brought into our venues.
