Some changes, however painful, have become necessary. I have always strived to ensure that the world of Just Italy Cafè is open to everyone; to be more specific, I have always sought to offer the highest quality and authenticity to as many people as possible, with both myself and my staff constantly working under pressure. Despite this, I continue to face complaints and dissatisfaction regarding wait times. The latest incident occurred last night, when a two ladies caused a scene that was nothing short of shameful: they complained loudly about the wait, harassed the dining room staff and other customers, and actively discouraged people from entering or urged them to leave the restaurant. Only I and those who work with me know the sacrifices and efforts we make every day to guarantee the highest possible standards. I am tired of these situations. Knowing that people cannot be changed—and that a boorish person remains a boor—we will, effective immediately, reduce the number of seats, parties, and reservation slots available. Anyone unhappy about waiting for an order prepared fresh on the spot is free to book elsewhere. We focus on quality, and we will continue to do so. If you lack the capacity to understand the work we do, this is not the place for you! I absolutely do not tolerate disrespect toward those working to ensure you have the best possible experience; here, the saying "the customer is always right" does not apply! So, if you intend to come in and dictate or alter the way we operate, please do not come at all; I prefer to dedicate my efforts and commitment to those who can appreciate them. I apologize to anyone who might feel offended by this statement, but at a certain point, my mental health comes before your whims.
