I am overwhelmed at the response to our post… I will show the team what an amazing community we have and that one bad customer should never define what we do… thank you to each and everyone of you for your kind words 💞

Not our usual post, ‼️ But I want to make something very clear: verbal abuse towards our staff is not acceptable.

Our team work hard every day to provide a friendly and professional service, we get it’s been hot and waiting times may be slightly longer and while we completely understand that customers may sometimes be frustrated or unhappy, there is never an excuse for swearing at or verbally abusing our staff.

Yesterday, members of my team were spoken to in an extremely disrespectful manner, This is not behaviour we will accept.

We are always happy to listen, resolve concerns and have a respectful conversation, but we ask that the same respect is shown to our staff in return.

Off on my holiday tomorrow so went for a little cow cuddle, melted my heart when she had her head on my shoulder
