The friendly atmosphere of this family run business is proving popular with both commercial and leisure clients. Our 'Hands on' approach, with us working as part of the team, encourages our staff to relax and converse in an efficient, polite manner, whilst retaining a friendly, but professional service. We are immensely proud of our staff and if you have checked out reviews of the Dartmoor Lodge will have already noted that they receive well deserved praise. It is this Ethos that we believe, encourages our guests to return time after time.

{Weddings at Dartmoor Lodge}

We strive to ensure that the service we provide is professional & efficient but above all else a personal service. Every wedding is unique, we like to meet with our couples at least 5-6 times before the big day so we can get to know them, and they can get to know our team and feel relaxed and able to alter or demand whatever they wish. The emphasis for us is about ensuring that we listen to our clients requirements - whether that be offering advice, guidance and support, a true hand holding exercise or for the more organised, following an agenda and itinerary! We want our clients to consider us not only a major part of their wedding day but to return to us in the future.

A lovely review for Dartmoor Lodge 🤍

We’re always so grateful when our guests take the time to share their experiences with us — and this one really made us smile.

Roger has been staying with us three times a year for the past seven years, and it’s wonderful to hear his thoughts on how the Lodge has continued to grow and transform.

Thank you, Roger, for your continued support and for taking the time to leave us such a fantastic review. ❤️

We’ll keep working hard to make every visit a great one!
