Each year, we create gift hampers for young adults who have left our care – this age range isn’t covered by statutory funding, so we’re asking for your generosity 🥰 Every donation helps us provide practical essentials and thoughtful items to care leavers who may otherwise go without.

The Christmas Hamper Project is led by Children and Family Health Devon in partnership with Devon County Council and Torbay Council, and is supported by Devon Partnership NHS Trust and Open Up.
