A lovely visit to Cuan Caife ❤️

We had the pleasure of welcoming Celtic Spirit to Cuan Caife, where he spent some time learning more about the wonderful work of Cuan Mhuire and enjoying a little Cuan Caife lunch as well ☕️🧁

He also kindly shared his Healing Poetry with us, words inspired by his own journey and the power that encouragement can have during difficult times.

We’ll leave you with a little verse of his:

“Motivate the mind
to balance the body
soon satisfies the soul…”
Celtic Spirit ✨

Thank you for stopping by and sharing your story with us. 🙏❤️

Meet Ena 💙

One of our most senior volunteers here at Cuan Caife and such a special part of the team..🥰 Always up for a chat, a laugh and getting involved!

At our 1st Birthday Summer Fayre, Ena even got behind the wheel of the fire engine 🚒😂
Safe to say she was in her element!

We’re very lucky to have her 💙

Meet Deirdre 💙🧁

One of the lovely faces behind our fresh baking here at Cuan Caife. Everything you see on our counter is baked in-house, fresh daily and Deirdre is the woman behind so much of it🥰

Deirdre was once a resident at Cuan Mhuire herself and now gives back as a volunteer, with baking becoming such an important part of her journey and something that keeps her going! ☺️

We’re very lucky to have you, Deirdre ☕️🧁💙

☕💛 A word from our manager, Marie 💛☕

Cuan Caife has been a real labour of love. From the very beginning, the vision was simple, to create a café where everyone feels comfortable, welcome, and at ease. A place with great food, good coffee, and a friendly hello waiting for you at the door.

Whether you’re meeting friends for a catch-up, calling in for a quiet coffee, or just taking a moment for yourself, there’s plenty of space here for you. Everything we serve is made with care, using simple ingredients done well — and we’d love for you to come and experience it for yourself.

Our doors are open, the kettle’s on, and you’re always welcome at Cuan Caife 🤍

We’ll also be hosting a number of lovely events over the coming weeks, so keep an eye on this page 👀✨
