WOO! 🥳 our 2nd year as team tacos completed. just a very late quick one to say a BIG thank you to everyone who worked with us, and all of our lovely customers 🫶 Can’t wait to get back at it in March 2026! 😎

🥩🧀 Birria beef tacos are our biggest seller down at by far. Corn tortillas are dipped in our smoked chilli beef fat, crisped up on the grill and loaded with cheese and birria pulled beef 🌮

Chicken Al Pastor tacos have been on the menu since day one. They’re inspired by the amazing in Mexico City, with achiote rubbed chicken thigh, roasted salsa roja and pineapple 🍍🌮⁠

Here’s some pics from the process of making our salsa verde 🥑🧅🍋‍🟩

1. Tomatillos (green tomatos) imported from Mexico
2. Grilling green chillies for a smokey charred flavour
3. Boiling up the rest of the veg
4. Blend everything together with lime juice and fresh coriander
5. It went really well with our seabass ceviche tostada!
6. … and it went really well with our Cornish lamb tacos special
