Last week we had a cheeky little boat trip around the bay. Lots of fun watching the fish swimming in the harbour and then the seal came to say hello when we came back! 🚤🌞🦭

Last week we went for a walk right to the end of Porth headland, what a beautiful place to sit and appreciate the wonders around us. 🌊
At home there was some lovely meals, a big old fry up for lunch, winner winner chicken dinner for Sunday roast and a delicious white chocolate and strawberry cheesecake. 🍓

Two of the lads enjoyed their trip to Malaga, we were very lucky with the weather and were able to spend time on the beach and in the sea. There was so much to see and do, and eat! 🍕🍝🍔🏖✈️☀️

What did we get up to last week? Solar eclipse watching, sea swims, seeing the sights, swans, Shetland ponies and silly glasses! Phew!

Here are some of the lovely meals our residents have been preparing recently. We try to promote cooking skills and healthy eating, if we can reduce sugar, unhealthy fats and highly processed ingredients, its better for the body as well as the mind. 💪💚😋
