The traditional Scottish comfort food.

So what are Stovies? Ask a hundred Scots and you will get a hundred different recipes, but what all will agree is that it is a dish whose principle components are potatoes and meat.

There is a even a World Stovies Championships!

‘s take on the iconic dish is using the rich and earthy flavours of venison and pairing this with beetroot and his hand made oatcake rings. This dish is the ultimate, indulgent winter warmer.

Andrew Durham of Hartleys is the pop up chef in residence at L***y Glaze tonight and for Sunday lunch.

The menu for tonight sounds wonderful with items such as Cornish farmed beef, with Newquay Harbour lobster surf and turf, and pistachio tart with white chocolate set cream, strawberry gel, freeze dried strawberries and mint.
