Introducing Cornish artist Esme Lansdowne to Ogo ❤️

Esme works with natural earth pigments gathered from the Cornish landscape, so the colours are made from the place itself: ground stone, soil and mineral. She lets the material lead, resisting the urge to overwork it - an approach that feels closely aligned with Ogo’s ethos of local, seasonal food without fuss. Letting the ingredients speak. Trusting what’s grown nearby and caught that day.

Under the low evening light, the works sit quietly alongside plates of sea, garden and field...a shared language of land, nourishment and home.

Keith Wickett’s chicken liver parfait with Caraway pain de mie toast, Trevibban milll apple, dessert wine jelly, Mustard frills.

"Classic parfait made using Keith’s chicken livers, and our cultured butter. Jelly made from apple dessert wine from Trevibban mill, toast made by our lovely pastry team with caraway seeds. Cold pressed Cornish rapeseed oil. Frills from Aral farm. Only the caraway that isn’t local" - Chef Tom
