A bit of back story.... We found ourselves in a very stressful situation with our old provider for months where our phoneline and internet would go down randomly, and it could be down for anything from 5 minutes to 5 days. This affected our till system, our staff couldn't take payments, we lost so many bookings because we had no phoneline... A businesses worst nightmare.
When we first opened in April 2025 we were hoping to use Wight Fibre from the get go, but unfortunately they didn't service our area at the time.
Thankfully Wight Fibre finally told us they now service Calbourne and they even juggled their schedule around to come and install for us ASAP because we were so desperate.
So, from everyone at The Sun, THANK YOU WIGHT FIBRE! Your service is excellent, your staff are so helpful and it's been such a pleasure dealing with a business who actually cares 🫶
