According to this YouGov survey, Bacon is the most important part of a full English breakfast followed by sausage, toast then beans! 🥓

The controversial hash brown is apparently the 5th most important ingredient although I'm sure some of the traditionalists out there will argue it shouldn't even be on an English breakfast! 🍳

And 6% of people would want a pancake with their full English which is quite frankly outrageous behaviour 😅

𝐀 𝐩𝐨𝐞𝐦 𝐛𝐲 𝐑𝐨𝐛 𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫

In Newport town, by the Docks so fair,
Stands a cafe, beloved and rare,
Fanny's Rest Stop, known far and wide,
As a haven for all who step inside.
Jo, the proprietor, with a heart of gold, Serves up delicious food, hot and cold,
For nearly twelve years, she's kept the flame, Of Fanny's Retro Theme, without any shame.
Opposite the bridge, so grand and tall,
Fanny's has seen it all, from stars big and small,
TV personalities, comedians too,
All came to visit, to get a taste of the brew.
Locals and visitors alike, have come to adore,
The homely atmosphere, that's hard to ignore,
Jo's warm welcome, her infectious grin,
Made Fanny's Rest Stop, a home away from home within.
But all good things, must come to an end,
As the landlord's plans, they cannot bend,
So Fanny's must close, and it breaks our heart,
To see such a gem, from our town depart.
But the memories we hold, will never fade,
