📝A little update from Vintage Scoops to all of our customers for 2026 🍦🍨

🔹As some of you will know, Alex sustained a serious back injury last summer following a horse riding accident, and Lloyd stepped in to finish the ice cream season alongside his other job.

🔹Alex is now doing really well, but sadly we have had to take the decision that she cannot continue running the business. We will therefore no longer be running Vintage Scoops🍦.

🔹We have had 4 fantastic years running Vintage Scoops; a massive thank you to everyone for your support over this time 🙏😍- we will miss serving you our delicious ice cream around the island and beyond!

🔹Bertie 🚲 has already found a new home on the island so keep an eye out for him; Betty 🚍 and the Vintage Scoops business🍦 are currently for sale (all enquiries please to Scotcher & Co).

We've done it all this year - from weddings💍, parties🎉, anniversaries🎊🍾, charity events, classic car events🚗, pirate events🏴‍☠️, summer fetes🌞, fringe festivals🌈, duck races🦆, to schools👧👦, businesses🤝, care homes👵👴, the lot🤍!

These 2 vintage beauties🚍🚲 have done the rounds🍦and loved their adventures across the island🏝️and across to the big isle🗺️ this season!

Think they're deserving of a nice winter break at some point😴 but for now Betty's been loving basking in the late summer sunshine🌅😊

💙Wow, we've had a super busy last few weeks of our season🍦 and Autumn is rapidly creeping up on us!🍁🍂

Betty🚍 and Bertie🚲 have had another exciting and busy year and we can't thank all our customers and clients enough for all your custom and support for another fantastic year😘🎉

We've got some final bits and bobs still to come and then we'll be slowing down for the end of season😃

🥂Cheers to another Great British Summer - we've had some lovely sunshine this year🌞🌞 but we know you guys always buy ice cream whether its rain, cloud or hailstorm😂 and we love you for it!😍😍😍xx
