A little information about allergies, dietary requirements, and intolerances...

At SOKU, we always do our best to accommodate dietary requirements wherever possible. Each week, we prepare an allergen menu which will be provided when you’re seated. Just let your server know about any allergies or dietary needs, and they’ll be happy to guide you through the options.

In most cases, we can make adjustments - whether that’s adapting a vegetarian dish to be vegan, or removing ingredients such as peanuts to make a dish nut-free. There are usually plenty of options available, so please don’t hesitate to ask.

We want SOKU to be an inclusive place where everyone can relax and enjoy the experience.

Please note: Due to the nature of our kitchen, we are unfortunately unable to cater for sesame, soy, or sulphite allergies.

A BITTERSWEET ANNOUNCEMENT 🤍

Hey everyone,

It’s a bit of a sad moment for me as I share something different from our usual posts.

I just want to let you all know that I’ll be stepping away from SOKU. This decision hasn’t come easily, and I am heartbroken as I say goodbye.

First of all, I want to say a huge thank you to my incredible team.

: My partner-in-crime on the restaurant floor. You’ve made every shift so much fun, and it’s been an honour to see the joy you put on guests faces, and seeing you develop has been amazing.

: Your dedication and commitment to SOKU has meant the world to me. I am going to miss your big cheeky grin and jokes everyday.

: I can’t thank you enough for all the lessons and support you’ve given me throughout this journey. Your talent really shines through in everything you do.

And thank you to the team at Assemble, including for teaching me everything I know about wine!

To all our wonderful guests, I’m really going to miss seeing and serving you. Your support has been everything to me and thank you for all the memories.

Thinking back on my time at SOKU fills me with so much joy. From our first pop-ups, to our residency at , leading to our current home at , and unforgettable events with , and .marra.marra, etc. It’s all been such an incredible journey.

Thank you to everyone who’s been a part of it. I’ll carry these memories with me always.
