So, you fancy a bit of a family get together.
❤️Nanna and granda are invited along with Grandpa and your 2 children and their partners will be there along with their 5 children (between them) aged between 6 - 12.
❤️No special occasion other than it’s been AGES since you were all together at the same time.
❤️That makes a grand total of 14 of you (including you and your partner) all with different likes and dislikes when it comes to food.
How does our “Afternoon Tea To You” work for this scenario?
💋5 Simple Steps To Using Our Service (this works for bookings for 2 - 120 guests)
1) ⭐️ You call, message or text us and we will have a chat at your convenience. We can chat over the phone or video call or, if you’re local enough, we can come to you and chat in person (no extra cost)
2) ⭐️ We agree on a menu that you like, either one of our preset packages or a bespoke offering just for you.
❗️We can cater for most different dietary requirements within your party. Please just mention when we chat.
3) ⭐️ You decide if you prefer to have a fully catered package with vintage china hire and our set up and clear away service or just delivery (or collection) of your Afternoon Tea.
4) ⭐️ We will either arrive in plenty of time to set up your tea table (at an agreed time) with your delicious afternoon tea, using either our china or your own (depending on your package) and then come back and clear everything away for you so you can just relax and enjoy the day
OR…
⭐️We deliver your Afternoon Tea to your door and you do the rest
OR…
⭐️You pick up your Afternoon Tea from us and that is it.
IF…
⭐️You decide to collect your package and opt for the china hire as well, then you will collect everything at the same time and then return the china to us clean and repacked 48 hours later.

💋The Boring (but important stuff)
💐When you place your booking with us you will be required to pay 50% of the total cost by either bank transfer, cash or PayPal.
❗️Please Note: This is a non refundable payment as it covers our time, ingredients required for your booking and our admin costs.
The remaining 50% is required 72 hours before your agreed pick up/delivery time.
Failure to pay the final balance on time will result in the cancellation of your whole booking without notice.
⭐️ We will contact you 48 hours before the final balance is due and we will keep in touch throughout the whole process when required and you are free to contact us when you need to.
❗️All bookings must be made at least 14 days in advance.
You can pay the full balance at the time of making your booking if you prefer.
For bookings over £450 please ask for our bespoke payment terms.
