Every team needs someone to keep things running smoothly… and somehow create just a little bit of chaos at the same time. Enter Dom. 😅

Whether he’s juggling a hundred things behind the bar, tackling another DIY project at home, or proudly wandering about in a pair of Crocs, Dom always keeps life interesting.

When he’s not at work, you’ll usually find him fixing something that wasn’t broken to begin with, enjoying a well-earned Guinness, or convincing himself that Crocs are acceptable footwear for every occasion.

Every team has that one person who keeps things interesting… for us, it’s Gabe. 😅

You never quite know what Gabe’s going to say, where he’s wandered off to, or how he’s ended up in the middle of a story that sounds completely made up (but somehow isn’t).

A little distracted? Maybe.
A great laugh? Absolutely.
A valued part of the team? Without a doubt.

And if you hear a glass smash from somewhere in the pub… there’s a fair chance Gabe’s on shift. 🍷💥😂

When he’s not keeping us all entertained, you’ll usually find him enjoying a cider or two after a shift and sharing tales that may or may not get more dramatic with every round. 🍎🍻
