We have one of our absolute favourite curries on today - vellapayar.
Spicy & creamy coconut sauce with green cardamom, cloves, black pepper, turmeric, coriander, garam masala & a bit of kashmiri chilli powder. Chunky tomatoes and tender black eyed beans bulk it out to make a beautifully balanced curry.
Served with rice and daal for £8 and you can add a fresh made puri for just 50p.
