Ever wondered where karak chai gets its name? ☕🤎

Rooted in the tea traditions of Indian & Pakistan, its name comes from “kadak”, meaning strong, a nod to its bold, full-bodied flavour.

Traditionally brewed with black tea, milk and sugar, often with warming spices, it’s a comforting favourite with recipes passed between generations.

At Yasmina, we do something a little different with our karak to make every cup extra special. Curious?
