There's been a lot of conversation this week about ultra-processed foods and what goes into the food we eat.

Add a little seasoning and cook in good-quality frying oil, and you've got one of Britain's best-loved meals.
And it delivers on more than taste, too.
Fish is naturally rich in protein, while a side of mushy peas brings plant-based protein and fibre to the plate.
