And they're back again 😎

70 beanies made yesterday, as smaller batches kept flying out. Apologies to those who have missed out recently!

Oozey, cheesy beans encased in seasoned British sausage meat - what's not to love?

We bring to you... the BUNTY-MOBILE 😎🚗😍

Finally convinced the gaffer to pimp up his van! He was apprehensive at first - but must say, he's loving it and been like a big kid with a new toy!

Massive thanks to two amazing, Westerhope businesses for their fantastic work! 🙏 Karlos Ellis of Skyline did the wraparound, and Jake of The Wheel Specialists did the alloys. Support local! 💪

Anyway, give the gaffer a wave or a honk if you see him out and about 👋

Just Eat glitch ⚠️ Apologies to anyone who has attempted to order through Just Eat this evening. It has come to our attention that there is a widespread problem with Just Eat - and this is still a developing situation.

We must stress that this is not an issue caused on our end and we are not the only place affected. Any issues, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help. In the meantime, please avoid using Just Eat, guys. Thanks!

So, every now and then we get a complaint about our portion size.

I thought I'd show you an inside peek into just how much effort goes into producing those chippy chips! Welcome to a day in my life 😭

Never understood why big chains and non-traditional shops charge whatever they want for tiny portions of frozen chips and people accept it.

Anyway, here goes! Much love, Bunty 🫶🍟

Reminder! Litter pick tomorrow morning 😎 To join us, please meet at 10am at the Galafields Hub where equipment will be provided by our local councillors. Not at the shop! Free chips later for all who take part 🍟 Hope to see some of you there, Newbiggin Hall 🫶

Our local Councillors are arranging a litter pick next Saturday- 29th August at 10am, starting at the Gala Hub. I'll be there with my litter picker 😁 Who's going to join me? FREE chips for everyone involved in the litter pick!

Although it would be amazing if we had bins - like all other shopping centres- sadly, we don't. We're working towards a solution, but without these basic services, as a business and a community we have to crack on.

That's why I'll be there, and why I'll be providing free chips on the day to all those who also care about the community and the area enough to muck in and make it a better place. Newbiggin Hall and proud! Much love, Bunty.

You asked, we listened 🫡 We are now selling haddock! We have decided to sell it skin-on, for 4 important reasons. But don't worry if that's not your thing, it can easily be left :)

1) This allows us to tell the difference between our cod and haddock whilst frying!

2) In times of species fraud when many places are selling cheaper fish and passing it off as cod or haddock - this is proof. Haddock has a distinctive black stripe running down the centre of the skin. No catfish or po***ck at Bunty's!

3) The skin protects the finer, more delicate flakes of haddock, and helps contain the moisture.

4) Many oldies (like myself!) or the more adventurous, thoroughly enjoy it and keep the best bit 'til last!

Look forward to serving you soon. And we're still working on the other things you've asked us to introduce! Bunty 😊
