What a weekend for the Moon Roast team! 🏆☕️

It’s been a week since Brighton Coffee Festival, and we’ve had a little time to catch our breath and look back on a brilliant weekend!

Big congratulations to .rason and for making it through to the UK Finals! 🎉They’ll be representing the South in Manchester this November.

Massive shoutout to , who took 2nd place in the UK Latte Art Championships! 🥈🎨

Of course, there was the launch of our Colombia Peach Co-Ferment🔥

We brought it to Brighton as an exclusive first taste, and the response was incredible. We’re very happy to say it’s now available online, so if you missed it at the festival, you can get your hands on it now.

A huge thank you to our team and everyone who stopped by, tasted our coffee, had a chat and made the weekend what it was.

Meet our new coffee, launching just in time for the eclipse.

After lots of anticipation (and plenty of questions), we're delighted to introduce our Colombia Peach Co-Ferment. Originally launched exclusively at Brighton Coffee Festival, this coffee is now live on our website - and it's one you won't want to miss.

This is a seriously fruit-forward coffee. Think white peach, golden kiwi and honey, with a juicy sweetness that makes it feel almost more like fruit juice than coffee.

The response was amazing, so we're very happy to say it's available online!

Uganda – Bukonzo Dream has returned to our Explore range.

This is one we keep coming back to. Grown in Uganda's Rwenzori Mountains, it's a beautifully vibrant coffee with notes of Cantaloupe Melon, Chamomile and Agave Syrup. Expect a beautifully clean cup with delicate floral and silky finish.

It's a coffee that's close to home for our Head Roaster, Dan, who visited the producers in 2022. Our favourite way to enjoy it right now? Brewed as a filter and served over ice.

Every new coffee starts with a series of small test roasts. We tweak, taste, and refine each batch to discover the profile that best showcases the coffee's unique character.

These early roasts are too good to keep to ourselves, so we release a limited number as part of our Prototype Roast collection.
