Good morning folks. I'm afraid we have had some bad news overnight, regarding the premises at The Bank, Main Street, Neilston. Due to storm Dennis and severe water damage, the building has been left without electricity for the time being. Which means, out with our control, we will need to cancel this months Sunday Session on the 23rd Feb.
We are hoping to have the doors opened back up in March, to welcome you to what is planned to be a very exciting opening. We will keep you posted on any update.

Excited to announce that we kick off with the first of our Sunday Session, music session this coming Sunday 23rd Feb, with the wonderful sounds of husband & wife duo, Colin & Cat Train.
'Colin Train could be just another acoustic singer songwriter if it weren’t for his diverse & twisted musical background. Having shared stages with Pharrell Williams, Jools Holland, Mick Hucknel, Basement Jaxx & even Clint Eastwood’s son (Kyle Eastwood), to name but a few, maybe helps explain his unique approach to music.'
With an artistic blend of musical savvy, earnest writing, some life experience & an accordion, there’s no lack of vibrancy or surprise at a Colin Train gig. Accompanied by the magnificient sounds of Cat, on the fiddle, they are sure to deliver!
Not to be missed!
They will be performing 2 sets, 11.30am & 1.30pm.
What Sundays are made for!

Buddha bowl: a meal, served in a single bowl or high-rimmed plate, consisting of small portions of several foods. It originates from the story of Buddha carrying his food bowl to fill it, with whatever bits of food villagers would offer him or from the overstuffed bowl resembling the belly of buddha. Either version, we just love the variety it brings, all in one bowl. On the menu this February 29th. πŸ₯‘πŸ₯¦πŸŒΆπŸ₯£

'Excited'...seems to be a word we are using a lot lately...sums up this whole venture, really!! So yes, here we are again, excited to show off our new tables, which are in the process of being made by Boomerang Woodworking in Maryhill. These guys do amazing work within the community and rehabilitation programmes. All of their wood sources are sustainable and can be traced back to roots (pun intended), mostly from naturally fallen trees. Cannot wait to fill the space with these! πŸŒΏπŸŒ³β˜•

Not a subject that people feel too comfortable talking about, let's end that...we have teamed up with East Renfrewshire Councils community project to help tackle the problem of period poverty.
We will now be stocking free products, in a discreet manner, on our premises, for all! The products are provided by Heygirls, and are all 100% organic and sustainably produced. For every pack they sell, they donate a pack to the project.

Exciting delivery today from the guys at ChariTea....we met with the lovely bunch last week and just LOVE what they do! πŸ’š They go beyond Fairtrade...every bottle sold donates money to the Lemonaid and ChariTea Foundation, helping social projects in the tea growing regions. By doing this, they've already collected more than 4 million euros for the projects. Not only are they one of the 'good guys', but their drinks are delicious, to boot!! Its a no brainer really! On shelves this February. πŸŒπŸŒΏπŸ‘

Customers on Sunday, were treated to the delight of sampling Irish Black Butter...This rich conserve of Armagh Bramley Apples with a hint of spice, was a huge hit, perfect with crackers & cheeses. We were first introduced to this by Indigo Cafe Portrush, when we lived on the North Coast of Ireland for many years. Nowhere in Scotland is currently stocking this....although, that may be about to change! Keep your eyes peeled for this on our shelves, for you to buy and take home.
