We're not just filling a rota spot. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of something from the ground up, be trusted with real responsibility, and build an actual career with us, not just clock in and out.

The Villa is a newly renovated Aparthotel overlooking Montrose's historic golf links, and it's going to be one of the best places to stay in the area. (Side note: Previously known as Grey Harlings). We need someone with genuine hospitality experience who takes pride in the details, because you'll be one of the first people setting the standard here, and we want you to feel like part of the business, not just a number.

What are we looking for?

✨We need someone with genuine hospitality experience who takes pride in the details, because you'll be one of the first people setting the standard here. It’s important that you enjoy housekeeping!
✨You’ll manage stock and linen so you must be highly organised
✨The eyes and ears on the ground, so you must be efficient with reporting and be happy with key responsibilities with fire safety and H&S.
✨Someone who brings a good energy, and wants to progress within the company.

💷 £13 per hour starting rate, Full-time, 40 hours 📍 Based at The Villa, Montrose, Angus
🤝 Experience in hotel, guesthouse, or hospitality housekeeping is essential
⏰ Must be able to work weekdays and weekends

17 brand-new, designed studios, every room built from scratch with real care and attention. No two rooms are the same. From spacious super-king suites viewing onto the famous Links Course to our Stunning 2-bed apartment, there’s something here for everyone. Kitchenettes so you can eat when you want, how you want. Stay a night, stay a month, we flex around you, not the other way around. Come and go as you please with our 24-hour digital check-in and concierge.
