Long time no post!

We may be getting active, very temporarily, this week. This our warm up and then the main event tomorrow.

Our pal Hub is in a MJ sarnie in the charts and needs a bit of extra love. Get clicking and buy the album. Let’s face it MJ not short of a bob or two and if you buy this album all the money goes to a local charity.

They are also playing King Street Club tomorrow night with a few tickets left if you fancy a midweek night out

Lost Property Alert!!!!

If you were in last night and have woken up this morning with that nagging feeling that something just isn’t right and a smaller than anticipated manhood, this may be yours. Found by Crypto the Border Terrier under the back right table at dinnertime today.

Sorry he chewed your box so I hope it wasn’t an Easter gift for the fatha. We’ve popped it in the cellar for safekeeping so it doesn’t choke an unsuspecting Alsatian.

Currently about 18 degrees with a pub full of lovely beer. We all know that working from home only involves wiggling a mouse every 10 minutes and watching Bargain Hunt so get you laptop out and get down for early pints. The boss would want you to.

For all of you with jobs where you are expected to be at work, just tell the punters the electric’s gone off and they’ll need to come back on Monday for their heart operation / financial advice / new blouse / funeral / whatever really.

See you soon and as an added bonus for you lucky people this weekend you will be served on Saturday and Sunday by the legendary Spanish Steve back from his 6 year Barcelona sabbatical and ready for action.

Just a quick heads up that for one week only we will be closed on Sunday night from 7pm so everyone can watch England cruise to an easy 3-0 victory over Spain. Pop down and get some take outs for the match if you fancy.

Quick heads up to Whitley and beyond tonight. This young chap is out and about looking for anything that isn’t nailed down rather than a few quiet pints. He’s pinched a pair of wireless headphones from our place so if you know him give us a shout, and if you don’t, keep an eye out for him generally thieving in the the area.
