Big thanks to everyone who came to our first supper club last night! I loved cooking it for you.

I think we'll have to do another one.

Keep your eyes peeled for the date of our Winter supper club, I'm thinking it might be "a candle lit supper club" 👀

Thank you so much for the support. So much work goes into it, I don't cut any corners with the food to make sure you are getting the best food I can produce using the best Welsh ingredients I can find. The amazing feedback and how much people enjoy it make it all the better.

It's time for the mains!

New menu starting next Thursday

Glamorgan Sausages, made with lots of Welsh cheddar and leeks. And to answer a frequently asked question, no it does not contain meat

Welsh Pork and Leek Sausages, they will be a bit thicker next week!

Now, I'm still working on the plating of this but it tastes delish

Crispy Chilli Soy Tofu, Basmati Rice, Sesame Grilled Chinese Greens

And it's back, bigger and better than ever

The fish pie!

Welsh Pork Chop with a Creamy C***r and Wholegrain sauce.

Now this isn't on next week as the ham hock Mac and cheese is sticking around a little longer but it will be on soon

Welsh Hogget Ragu, and Dolwen Welsh Lamb and Beef hogget no less.
Slow cooked in red w**e with anchovies, lots of garlic, aromatics and lamb stock. There's also some crispy Kale and there will be ricotta and of course plenty of parmesan

Balsamic Miso Mushroom Pot Pie, Topped with Roasted Garlic Parsnip Mash

Half Roast Chicken Bourguinon

My personal fave,
Birria Beef Pie, Topped with Jalapenos and Cheddar served with Sweet Potato Fries, Greens and Birra Consomme

Welsh Beef, cooked for hours in Mexican Birria Spices so it's super tender

Baked Butternut Gnocchi Alla Vodka
Spicy Vodka Sauce made using roasted then blended butternut Squash, there's also chunks of roasted butternut in there too, topped with plenty of mozzarella and baked until.bubbly!

I think this all feels very autumnal

Harissa Date Roasted Cauliflower, Whipped "Feta", Pickled Chillies, Pine Nut Dukkah

Makhani King Prawns, Laverbread Garlic Naan, Lemon Pickled Red Onions

Pork knuckle that's been marinated, slow roasted then (not traditional) ours has been deep fried to get a super crispy crackling. We're serving it with skinny fries, a deep rich dark b**r gravy made of the roasting juices and there will also be homemade sauerkraut!
This is plenty for two people but feel free to tackle it alone!

I'll only have 15 of these available and they are on for one day only on Saturday 3rd October 🍺🥨🌭
