Men Walking and Talking Mirfield will be joining. the run! (albeit walking) from Arthur's Cafe with Chris Matthews Coaching tomorrow morning. If any men 18 and over want to join us they are more than welcome.
We will also do our normal walk at 10 am from Mirfield library also, we look forward to seeing you.
Don't forget to bring the dogs for us all to fuss over. 😁 Ladies this is a perfect chance to get the hubby out of the house for a bit of fresh air.

👌🏼We’re delighted to welcome the facilitators from Andy’s Man Club Mirfield to join Chris Matthews Coaching in hosting the 7th edition of our ever popular run club

🙌🏼Also joining us will be ‘Men Walking and Talking Mirfield’, as tail walkers, providing an option for everyone to take part at their own pace

🏃🏻‍♂️The fantastic Chris Matthews Coaching team will be taking everyone through a group warm up, cool down and providing pacers on the run

☕️Whether you’re coming for the run, the walk, the chat, or simply the amazing breakfast afterwards, we’d love to see you there
