A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has stayed at our hotel, eaten at our restaurant or visited this academic year.

We are now closed while our students take a well earned rest, but we will be back open serving incredible food and offering the warmest of welcomes from Monday 7th September.

And if you have been meaning to visit, don't forget we are an inclusive, accessible hotel on Minehead seafront which is also dog friendly.

Fridays are all about the fish suppers, right?

Well, did you know we do ‘The Best fish and chips I have ever tasted and I’ve eaten fish and chips at Rick Steins!’

Because that’s what we overheard a customer declaring as they complimented our student team.

We are open all day today and yes, fish and chips IS on the menu.

OK, don’t take us the wrong way, coffee and cake is a magical combo as is tea and cake.

However, what about prosecco and cake?

We think we are onto a winner!

It's our last Steak 🥩 Night before we close for the summer holidays.

The Summer Holidays are here, which means the College is quiet
..but is not!

What a fabulous time we had celebrating our Graduates!

But now it's back to business as usual.

The hotel will be open from Monday 27th July through Sunday 2nd August for all the usual delicious treats, whether that is lunch in the bar, drinks in the garden, or a full blow a la carte meal in the restaurant.
