Sometimes you just need a cuppa, a chat and a space where you can be yourself. 💕

We’re delighted to be hosting a Menopause Café at The Millrace — a warm, friendly and confidential space to come together, share experiences, listen, chat and perhaps have a few laughs along the way. Presented by the wonderful Natalie Clowes who professionally leads the group with up to date information and regular guest speakers.
